I certainly agree with that, obviously putting yourself in a worse situation is counter productive, but a face to face encounter is generally the only way to deal with this type of person

I received my "package" today and opened it. Instead of a spoon top, full race turbo kit, asm fender flares, and an ap2 transmission...I received a box full of old oem parts and a pillow, an alternator and a pair of used ap1 wheels. I'd like to know if anyone has made any progress looking into this matter.

 

I've got nothing, the name I have doesn't match up to the one you have. This is an interstate matter, it may sound silly, but get your local FBI office involved, it's part of what they do. It would depend on the dollar value though.

Sorry that you guys are going through this, please be more careful in the future, I know it doesn't help much.

 

Oh man sorry to hear all this crap I think I met this guy here in Washington if that's the same person cause he had two different motor and the same coilovers and turbo kit that you guys are talking about. He doesn't stay far from where I live and I actually helped him out putting stuff in his storage unit last weekend. I can try to help you guys out any ways possible. Hope this all works out I hate scammers. He was a friend of a friend and an S owner so that's why I helped him. Now that I know I would wanna woop his ass for you guys. He's a lil punk ass anyways looks weak and frail lol anyways hope this gets settled and if not if you guys wanna pay a visit let me know

 

Hey guys I know this guy here in Washington. I'm gonna try to help you guys out. I feel bad for lending this guy a hand in putting all of that stuff he scammed from you guys in his storage. I think he went to jail or something but when he gets out if it hasn't been solved yet I will do my best to help you get what's yours back. Sad to see this happening to members on here. He was a friend of a friend that's why I helped out.

 

He's committed interstate fraud, federal offense, you might want to let him know. If he's in possession of stolen property, work with the members who were scammed and get the local police involved.

 

Please inform police of his storage or pass info along and maybe a name if it is Chris Jensen. I want my suspension back

 

REport him to the cops. Hope he gets what he deserves
