Great report, your rock solid consistency displaying as always. We were speaking about the stock class for EMRA, and I think there is still improvements to be made in getting the tires at the right pressure as well as seeing how aggressive of an alignment the car can manage on stock hardware. 1st is VERY feasible . Actually we can log pressures and temps on Thursday for the BRZ and compare that to lap times and get an idea of how the alignment needs to be adjusted as well.

 

That's a good idea Shiv. So I take it that you purchased the RE71RS too.

 

So it looks like there are only 43 entries for Rud's event at Palmer on Thursday. Hopefully that means there will be plenty of open track time during the course of the day.

 

Tomorrow looks like a beautiful track day weather wise, I might even bring the #59 with me and scuff in some new tires for the Summit Pt Race.

Jeff - make sure you bring those Carbotech XP-10's......Jake is counting on your deliver to help him stop that rocket ship of a car he is building.

Jeff - I also sent you a questionnaire about your driving experience. Its more of a formality since I know your abilities already.

 

Good day at the Rud Motorsports event at Palmer today. It was good to see Greg, Jeff and Shiv. Seven sessions all day and it was good fun. Dog tired now. Will try to upload videos over the weekend.

As always it was killer day on track with the s2k crew! Tired as all hell, massive headache from 5.5 hours of a rattling/raspy exhaust, my buttcheeks are destroyed from the race seat, and I couldn't be more excited for the rest of the season! Aashish after riding with you I think the BRZ would benefit from suspension mods, some noise mods, and of course seats! I know you were saying that you wanted to become more experienced with the car, but from where I was sitting it felt like you were very familiar with the car. Like you had it for years. I would say pull the trigger on the mods sooner than later, and we can TT together
