S2000 & Boxster S
I posted a similar thread to this one on Pete's Boxster Board and received some very complimentary responses. It renews my faith in our roadster brethren! http://64.38.155.225/boards/986/main.pl?read=319184#
I love the Boxster S.
I really hope my sister in law gets it.
Personally, at 20k more, I'd still get the S2000, but I wouldn't mind a chance to drive the Boxster S once awhile.
But again...she seems to be falling out of love with the Boxster. SLK320 seems to be the new love.
Maybe I can push her toward the AMG version.

My wife loved the Boxster. She just liked the look inside. I had to beg her to let me get the S2000. Told her I will use the price difference to buy her toys. I am sure if I had gone for the Boxster I would love it as much as I love my S2000.
Looks like the Boxster Board gets uncomfortable whenever nice things are said about S2000s - they seem to have obliterated that thread!

Of course! There wasn't enough misinformation in that thread. They're back on track though: http://64.38.155.225/boards/986/main.pl?read=319956#

ROFLOL!
I'm laughing because of the recent state of the market. My $32k "investment" in the S2000 a year ago is holding up a whole lot better than a lot of the rest of my portfolio. Have you checked the Dow or NASDAQ lately?
