It was cashed... with his signature on it (I guess the idiot doesn't realize that Post Offices keep up with things like that) .. Anyways I do have his address or his mothers address?? Not sure which it is ... And I will be in California sometime in late late fall.... That address will be payed a visit... I am not a happy camper AT ALL... And there's a 6'4" 220 lb. me that is ready to put a smile on his face ...

On a sidenote I have talked to the post office and I believe within the next few months I will try and get a money order fraud charged against him and give him a little jail time
WTF. Are you serious? I've sold the guy a STB, luckily got cash in person. I also met him on a separate occasion to buy some paint. S2k001, let me know what we can do on this end. Looks like a job for TITS Crimefighters. It would be a shame for you to have to come all the way out here for this sh*t.

Assuming that is true, I hope you do follow through and get you r money back. Not sure whether or not this is all a misunderstanding, but good looking out for the heads up to a potential trouble maker.

Now THAT's an accusation. Once might be a misunderstanding, but twice. That ain't cool.

I will talk to him for you and see if I can get an answer for this. Like Kekoa, he seemed like a good guy to me too.

Was the M.O. in question a USPS Money Order(United States Postal Service)? If so, in case you didn't know, the party in question here has actually committed FEDERAL offense. To tangle with, or do anything unlawful while in the possession of a USPS Money Order results in this. Check it out. This is the exact reason why if I ever buy anything on the web over $100, whether it be on a forum or eBay etc. etc., I always do so with a USPS Money Order. It has major clout over all other money orders. This guy must be an uneducated kid to try and be pulling off scams like this.
