[Vendor] PMs to Multiple Users
I'm trying to send a mass PM to users for a Group Buy, but I'm getting the following error message:
The following users cannot use the messaging system
A couple usernames:
anthonylan
03suzuka...s2000
AP1Manny
I really don't want to have to collect email addresses if I can mass message everyone on S2ki.

anthonylan and 03suzuka...s2000 are both guests. I'm guessing they were paid members at one point but their memberships have since expired, decreasing their mailbox capacity. So now it is possible that their mailboxes are full. They either need to empty them out or renew their memberships.
AP1Manny is a new user. New users have a 14-day probation period before they can send and receive PMs (unless they purchase a membership).
