wondering if there is something I'm doing wrong

Win7 pro on both computers.

desk top seems to access the "Assistant" fine -

laptop gets this


both running firefox
both have same plugins and add-ons -
both running newest Java...
both running Avast

what could it be?

I'm having a similar issue on Win7 Ultimate as well! I have no trouble on Win7 pro on my desktop... but when I go to access the site on my laptop (Win7 Ult), it doesn't want to load the whole page. The headings will be there, but thats it. Strange
