Have a read below and check also the settings of your browser's pop-up blocker. Do you have Java installed? It is required as well.

Energetic -

I haven't done a bulk upload in a while, but, I recall a size limitation on the entire process. IIRC, it was either 25 or 50 MB, and if you hit it, the process looks like its going to work, then just stops, with out any information or anything but a failed upload.

Not sure if that was ever resolved. I'm sure there's a 2 or 3 year old thread in site info somewhere with more specifics. FOUND: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry13543071

To the OP - What happens if you use the bulk upload and just drop 2 files into the window? Does that work for you?

Th Java is installed. I had upload pictures before but it's been a while. I tried it again and it was the same. I also make sure I turned off the popup blocker. I don't know if this has something to do with the IE browser.

When I clicked the BULKUPLOAD, a window came up but not like the window below. It's just kind of blank window.

then immediately, another window popped up over the exit window. On the very top it reads "Internet Explorer" the message said " Internet Explorer has stopped working, a problem caused the programe to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
