I NEED MY EMAIL TO WORK PROPERLY!

Whoa....calm down killer.

Big red attitudes in bold, italic and underlined don't do anyone any good. I'm sure the problem is being addressed.

Its been over a month of on again, off again service and when Im told to send someone email to get the problem fixed and that email bounces back....its irritating.
I have every right to be a little mad.

There's also an attachment problem - when you try to attach a file and send to it someone, their email system can't decode/decipher the attachment. Rather, the recipient email program thinks it is text or something and just displays a bunch of nonsensical characters (hex maybe, I don't know I'm not that savvy lol) in the body of the email message. There isn't even a paper clip icon denoting that an attachment is with the email (i.e. the email program doesn't even think it's an attachment). I'm pretty sure though, that the problem is on this end with s2ki.com since this never happened before the upgrade and also the fact that this problem is off and on much like the [no message] and the bouncing back problem, it seems that this email program/system is fickle and unstable and unpredictable. This probably may not be an easy problem to fix but needs to be fixed because I can't use this email now as it is, I want to wait until everything is resolved.

The text of all the messages in my inbox, sent box, etc., has disappeared. Did that happen to just me, to a few people, or everybody?

IMPORTANT

Please configure Auto-forward in your email General Options (last two options on the page) to forward email to your regular email address. It's going to take me a bit to figure this out and come up with a solution. Configuring this option will ensure your emails are delivered.

This email software has been nothing but problems, I need to see what other options exist.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It should be fixed soon.

Erik

Rosso, I can create an account for you on my domain (yogipatel.net) if you wish. It has a web interface and is pretty easy to use. We can set it up so that people won't see rosso@yogipatel.net, but rather rossos2k@s2ki.com. Let me know.
