Can't get to TSB pdf's in the library.

Default Can't get to TSB pdf's in the library.
Anyone having problems getting to the TSB library? When I try to open a file, Acrobat starts up, then says that the file cannot be found.

Works fine here

Try right clicking and saving it then launching it locally
