I'm having the same problem with a 3498 byte jpg. I didn't know about this forum, so I created a support ticket (#266307). The file I'm trying to upload was attached to the email creating that ticket.

getting the same message, the file is 99x99, 4 kb jpg.

Update... Try deleting your s2ki.com cookie, close your browser and reopen it and try it again. I did this and it worked for me.
