A salesperson at Honda of Fort Meyers has plugged his or her address into many of the local dealer listings.

Palm Hrbor Honda is in Palm Harbor Florida. I entered the info, but it came back as Lake Tarpon.

It looks like a Regal Honda salesperson has done the same with many others in the area.

 

As mentioned above, nothing in Arizona (85XXX) should pull up. Nothing does.

However, I do get an error just trying to access the site:

"A Runtime error has occurred
Do you wish to debug

Line: 18
Error: Object does not support this property or method"

The error comes up on every screen, but only in the beta site.

 

Ok, I'll fix that JS error now so it's no longer hastling people.

Nice feature...will turn out to be a great help to members and buyers. I had no problems except some of the email addresses were incorrect. Example: an email address for one dealer was reported under another dealers name. I wasn't sure if you were just using test data at this point or not, but I thought I'd report that. Thanks again!

 

Not a bug, but a nice convenience feature would be to have some display of how many "hits" are returned on a dealer search, for example "displaying results 1-10 of 26" or some such thing.

 

Also not a bug, but another nicety would be the ability to do an alphabetical search on a dealer name, as well as a zip code proximity search.

 

I was logging in my local dealer, and found you only have room for one telephone number--you need at least two. My local Honda dealer has a local number and a toll-free. Also, I have the service/sales hours, if you wanted to add this to the dealer info.
This will be an excellent feature!

Great feature, cthree! Confirmed that west coasters don't exist yet. I might add to the suggestion for additional phone numbers and/or contact info. For example, Thousand Oaks Honda (my nearest dealer) has an Internet sales guy listed on their site by name. There are different numbers for sales at the dealership, as well as service, which would be useful to have in the initial listing.
