Earthlink email issues
If you have an Earthlink email address then you will be unable to access any of the email features of this site nor will you be able to register or receive order confirmations or any email from us.
Earthlink says we are spammers or potential spammers and thus they bounce all mail from our mail server:
<nameremoved@mindspring.com>:
Connected to 207.69.200.56 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 Dynamic IPs/open relays blocked. Write <openrelay@abuse.earthlink.net>.
We are not an open relay nor are our IPs dynamic (if they were you wouldn't be reading this now). I have sent multiple emails to that openrelay account (from a hotmail account of course) with no response.
If you want to use the full set of feature here please register with a different email account other than @earthlink.com. Thanks.

Erik, I think you need to set a reverse lookup for your IPs. If you're running your own DNS server, you need to add a 122.242.128.in-addr.arpa entry in your zone file. If not, bitch to your ISP.
A nslookup on your IP address doesn't return a hostname. That's probably why they think you're a dynamic IP...

Earthlink banned email from our ISP because some of their customers are spamming. Krazik contacted Earthlink about it and they have unblocked email from the S2KI servers. Mail should be flowing again to Earthlink.
