Of course we are. It's not like I've got anything else I'd rather do on a Wed evening. I can login fine. Clear your cookies and try again.

I don't know what to tell you.

I logged into your account with your email address and password using https://www.s2ki.com/mail from Firefox and Safari on my Mac and with FireFox and IE7 on Windows XP without any problem.

All I can say is that webmail is working and that the problem must be on your end. Again clear your caches, delete the *.s2ki.com cookies, close your browser and try again. If that doesn't work try another browser FF or IE and see if you get better results.

I would have liked to fix it for you but I'm not sure what I can do.

[update]

Whoa!!

I just got the problem you described. You go to the login page and then get redirected over and over until it gives the error you posted.

I'm going to look into it and fix. In the mean time I recommend using IMAP to access your mail using something like Thunderbird or Outlook Express if you can't get in using WebMail. IMAP will preserve your mail on the server, POP will not. Use IMAP.

Account is your full email address
Password is whatever
IMAP server: mail.s2ki.com
SMTP server: mail.s2ki.com

SMTP authenticates with password same account and password as IMAP. SMTP port is 587.
