Yes, the problem seems to come and go and I'm not sure why. It looks to me like the login button gets pushed by itself over and over without any login info entered.
What I'm suggesting is that you download a program such as Thunderbird and configure it with your email account as an IMAP type account. You can then read your mail with this program instead of webmail/squirrelmail until it gets fixed
