I get what you are saying but the process isn't changing. We just had someone who has been off the board for several years come back and forgot their password. I suggested they create a new user name (for their 3rd s2000). They had an old account and said they wanted to keep their original name because that's how some people knew him. Who am I to disagree? I get his point as well as your point.
