Are the gallery settings now like facebook? It appears I can't display an image unless I make the albums public, or allow my "friends" only to see them?

What am I missing? I don't care to have my albums public, nor do I care to have to "friend" people if I want to post a pic?

Info would be appreciated.

i cant find any of my pics at all. can someone tell me how to find them? I have checked under gallery in my comtent and nothing.

 

Exactly my problem. In the old S2Ki, albums could remain private while posting individual pics from them. I like it that way. I'm not a Facebook fan, so don't want to have a whole list of "friends" who can see my photos. What to do?

 

You want to click on My Settings under your screen name, then select the Gallery tab there. I think it's a strange place to have them. It is confusing to have multiple Gallery tabs all over. I guess I'm behind the times as far as the format goes.

 

Like the topic says...

I can't get to any of my 398 pictures anymore..

If I go to "my content > gallery" i get "There is no information to show."
If I go to "my profile > gallery" there are only 6 picture and if I click on "show all images" I get the same "There is no information to show."

If I go to an old pre-upgrade post (like DIY - lip protector)
-- and double click on an image
I go to a gallery page like this Gallery > Members Gallery > Bumper repair > sm2.jpg

from here I can get to all of my old images -

but I still can't figure out how to get to them from "my profile"

I actually just book marked this page because bookmarking is the only way I can figure out how to get to it.

Same thing happens to me, but another member found how to get to the pics...

You go to "My settings" under your name at the top right and then click on the "gallery" tab... should have all your albums and pics!
