I had this problem with the ZoneAlarm firewall. Using ZoneAlarm Pro it filters out cookies, pop-ups, etc. which caused the site to stop working. I ended up switching all the fancy options off, before I could get it working. It seems also that the firewall can attempt to run some of the code on the pc, instead of the server. Eventually, I went back to the basic version.
If Julia is using a firewall, I suggest she disables it to try posting. If that works, she will need to look at the options, maybe moving s2ki.com into the safe/trusted zone.
