I want to post a few pict's of my car in Street encounter's...how do I do this when I quote someone?

 

You need to have the pics hosted somewhere. If you become a member here you get hosting (amongst other things). If not you'll need to use somewhere like imagebucket then take the url of the pic and use image tags around them in your reply box.
