How do I add Avatar?

I have looked all over the place. Maybe some of you that had it can enlighten me a little bit.

Do the following:

Clickon the "My S2000" at the top of the page
Click on "Edit Options"
Go to the bottom of the page
Click on the "Change Avatar" button

Follow the rest of the instructions.
