This reputation system is a joke. For some reason in my opening post I just got -4 reputation. So there are obviously lots of people just giving negative points for no reason.
Not good especially being a sponsor and having pricks giving negative reputation for no reason what so ever.

 

 

You could have dealt with this when it was relevant. You were removed as CO because you didn't respond, if that was not clear. I went out of my way to give you the opportunity to resolve it quickly, decisively and quietly and you passed on it. In the absence of any action on your part to resolve an escalating problem you left me to deal with it on my own. I cannot defer or ignore serious complaints. I did what I needed to do, it's not my problem anymore. If you want to resolve this then sort it with those involved which is not me.

If you want new COs then talk to HondaGal who can help you with that.

Sure I can ask people to do so but just sucks that people are able to give negatives for no reason whenever they like and no one will know who is doing it. Any site I have seen that does reputation shows who it is from and has a section for reasons. That prevents people from just clicking thumbdown 5 times a day just cause they can.

 

This really makes it more work for members. I don't appreciate my -2 reputation, but I'm not going to beg for points from other posters either.

 

Also what determines if it's considered "neutral" or "good"?
Earlier I was rated as good with 15 and now at 20 it says neutral.
So not sure how that works.

 

Now could you imagine what this would turn into if I said I would tinker with it? All this for something I already said was what it was. You're all talking about this like adding an opinion on it would make a difference in how it works yet I already said many times above that it is what it is and the members, in aggregate, over time, based on how they chose to define it, would ultimately, definitively decide whether it had any value or meaning. If people shit all over it then it will be worthless and if they decide to be responsible and respect it then it would be valuable. I'm repeating myself so I'm punching out of this thread because there isn't anything left unsaid about it.

In closing I suggest that if you don't care, don't. If you do care, do.
