where do i go to cancel my s2ki subscription?

i sold my s2k a few months ago.

I forgot to come here and canel my account and now im being billed 20$

 

You do that in your paypal

 

 

How do I change my subscription renewal to gold membership? When I went to renew my subscription from the reminder that was sent out, it wouldn’t let me do anything other then renew my regular membership.

 

If you go to the drop down menu at the top, click on Manage My Membership and you can pay the difference from there.

 

I did this but the only thing you can even click on in that menu is to cancel my last normal membership, if you click on this it sends you to paypal, where again has no links to upgrade membership to gold. What am I missing here?

There should be a menu below that for the gold membership. If you select the little bubble on the left it will allow you to upgrade it. I just bought my membership about 12 days ago so maybe that is why I see it and you don't.

Thanks for your help. I had no bubble to click on. I had to go back into paypal and cancel recurring payment and then back to s2ki and the bubble appeared. However I’m not sure if I already automatically paid for the basic membership or not.

Is the gold $30 or $50? I thought it was $50 but its saying $30 to join so I’m not certain. I don’t want to upgrade if it is only $30 and I just wasted $20 basic renewal. In which case I will just leave as is with no Gold membership.

The gold membership is 50 but you can upgrade for only 30 for what i believe to be the remaining time on your subscription
