How can this be changed?

When you post new message at bottom where it tells you forum rules. All the others are on.

The Admins have to allow HTML code to be posted, I suspect it is off for a reason. not sure exactly what you mean about "All the others" ?

Unfortunately if you turn HTML code ON people wil be posting web pages, forms, javascript and all sorts of potentially problematic stuff to the board.

Mine is off too but I need to contact the webmaster sometimes and can't. What do we do in a case like this?

All they mean by that is that you can't use HTML to code your message posts.

It has nothing to do with how the board runs or anything. Most any car forum I know of does not allow HTML.
