Default Tables in vB code
How do I do a table in vB code?

I looked in the vB code help page and searched the Site Info forum for 'table', but no luck.

I seem to remember it being something to do with a 'pre' tag or something.

there isn't really. You can use [ code ], it's sortof like <pre>
