In the month and a half that I have been a CO, I have learned that the job of moderating is not easy. It does require some tough decisions, and you will never please everyone.
I suggest you think long and hard about what you are asking for.
With that said, I have gotten to know far more people through my COing job than I think I would have otherwise - and that faaaaar out weighs any of the stresses
