Default Logging in question.

When I log in, it takes an extremely long time. Why is this? I read that I should clear my cookies, but I dont know what that means! Can someone explain? I would appreciate it.

It does take a moment or few to login. But if you enable cookies - and get it to remember you are logged in (Startbutton, edit options) You wont need to log in each time. (dont do this from a public terminal though.
