Waiting for some PM's here and need access to my gallery. Paid on Friday via paypal (cleared instantly) and I cant see anywhere on the site where it states that my membership is in 'pending' state.

Also would appreciate some notice before my membership expires next time.

Brian, I don't see any transactions for you, pending or otherwise. Can you send the paypal receipt info to support@s2ki.com so we can take a look at what happened?

Oh and there are no expiration notices sent currently. It's a shortcoming that's being addressed in one of the many infrastructure upgrades being worked on.

I am expierencing the same problem. I had my payment cleared via paypal 8/30 and Im still showing as a guest. I am sending my paypal record to the email address provided above.

I replied back..
usually the transaction sits in pending limbo somewhere in space, but I can fix that. This time there is no transaction pending. Sometimes I am not sure when to manually enter the transaction.

C'mon guys, I really need my account to go through ASAP!! I have pictures in my gallery that I need to access so that I can print them before my relatives go back to Korea!!

Paypal does not state that my transfer is Pending, it states that it has been COMPLETED.
