Membership renewal cancellation
I received my email reminder a few days ago re my membership expiring today. I didn't want to renew at the moment- the email stated that if I didn't want to renew I could just let it lapse which I did. I then discover today that I've been billed anyway as part of a recurring PayPal authorisation. Slightly confused about this- but in any case how I go about cancelling and getting a refund ?
