Default Membership subscription cancelled

Has the premium membership been discontinued? I just got an email saying my membership subscription has been cancelled but my membership is still good until July. Did Internet Brands change things up on me?

Can you post the entire text of the email? I'm sort of out of the loop but am wondering if they decided to get rid of auto-renew and maybe that email was just a notification stating such.

I experienced the same thing and now I can't access certain stickied threads because it asks for authentication even though i typed in my credentials numerous times. Is this because of the impending forum upgrade?

The authentication thing has to do with the upgrade and is temporary/intermittent. Just hit Cancel and/or try it again later. I don't think it has anything to do with your membership status.

Just to clarify, they didn't cancel your membership. They just won't be automatically renewing it whenever it comes time to renew, meaning you'll have to renew it manually going forward, or maybe they have something else (another payment/renewal method) in store for us with this upcoming upgrade.

Yeah, I tried to make that clear in the OP but I guess I didn't. I guess we'll have to wait and see if they bring back the subscription.
