I'm trying to contact a new forum member (helstee)about the Cranleigh Car show on the Meets forum. I can't PM because of the delays getting her into a full 'Guest' status.

She's been in a "Guest New" status since early June now. I thought this was supposed to be only for 2 weeks.

How can we get her status changed so I can contact her ?

 

Well- she hasn't logged in since June 19. Maybe that's the problem.

 

I've changed her status to Guest and asked the question to IB about the Guest New status. My understanding is that it was just 2 weeks with no other restrictions.

I've sent her a test pm just now and it worked.

Was a bit of a glitch, should be all sorted out now.
