I recently had someone contact me through email as they said they can't PM me here due to the fact that they have a low post count or they are too new to PM. As a vendor, I would like to see an exception added to this - I would like people to be able to PM me even if they are new or have 0 messages on this forum.

The restriction is 2 weeks for new guest users, once they've been signed up for 2 weeks the restriction is lifted. No exception is going to made on this, too many spammers/scammers signing up to avoid this.
