I guess the answer is to upgrade your java runtime.

 

It says I have the latest version of Java, but still no go. The screen still stays grey and says loading java applet. I tried on my g/f's computer and same thing.

Let me know if you guys have any other suggetsions.

 

Try to delete all cookies and files as well as history files. These might work.

 

try deleting your temp internet files, and cookies, then see if that helps, if not let us know

It will not work with Firefox, but I did get it to work with IE.
