With all due respect, this is a database with a user interface in browser format. The browser should simply reflect the dataset result of a query. Something is wrong with the query process. The query SQL statement may have a defect (parameters, IN statement, NOT statement, etc.) or the delivery of the dataset to the browser source code is going wrong.
These are standard issues for a web or database administrator to cure and should not be a burden of the user under any circumstance. Asking for a membership fee and then being asked to bear the burden of troubleshooting is absurd.

This problem has been going on since the site moved to the new platform under the old owners - i.e. months ago. It was never resolved then. I reposted a thread in hopes it would be resolved now. My Content is pretty much useless unless it updates reliably and consistently.

Personally, I always thought it was a problem from before IB came on board. I'm hopeful that after the holidays they can get their staff to really take a hard look at how that content updater is supposed to work.. Personally (as I'm sure we all do), I wish I had my favorite My S2k button back on the top left but I put it on my Christmas wish list and I don't think it's coming. 
I will keep everyone posted if I hear of any new updates on it. I know right now the resources are not available during the holidays.

Just saw on the homepage that there is 100,000+ members, hopefully some of that 2mil+ finds its way into someone's pocket who can actually fix this site. No new content, no my content, search function is horrible, POP up ads.

OK...can you let me know how often the database updates? I just posted this about 10 min ago and it's not showing up in My Content:

It's in the Membership Renewal thread in Site Info. I'll check later and see if it shows. If not, the problem hasn't been resolved.
