I didn't delete the first thread, or even see it for that matter, but I did delete the second thread.

It was an inappropriate.

 

I, also had a thread deleted without any explanation. I though only the originator could do that...

as for John's, I didn't see a thread moved. We don't delete them, just move them away.
and typically we don't give an explanation for every post we move.
You are right though, only the post originator can delete a post, or a Mod, if it is deemed unacceptable.

We do encourage moderators to post a comment as to why the thread is being moved..

 

Yes, but if it is moved to the mod forum, they can't exactly read it.

 

got a point their mikey I should re phrase.. if a thread is moved with a redirect, the thread should have a comment regarding why and where it was moved..
