i also noticed posts flipping around......example i quoted a post and hit reply....it posted but it showed up just above the post i quoted

The Gremlins are definatly up to something today.....

When was the OS changed? This has been occuring all day.

Also, there are times where flood control extends the wait-time from 15 seconds to almost 30 seconds...

Yep.............. seen that too. And that sometimes after you post in a thread and then return to the forum, the thread you were in is still showing that there are new posts but your post was the last...
