Default Need more space in my email account

I sent out an urgent email, but no response. I would appreciate it if you could allocate more space to my email account. We originally had 250 MB and I don't think I'm even close to that limit. I'm waiting for some important emails - thanks in advance.

There is no limit on your space and the disks are not full. What is the problem exactly? It's not space.

When some people tried to send me emails with small attachments it got bounced back saying to the effect of "over the quota limit". I tested it with another email addy I created and lobbed over some attachments - same result. Doesn't the "over the quota" mean that I have insufficient space? Thanks.

I tested with a 4MB attachment. But the point is, I received those file sizes before without a hitch. The problem just started happening recently.

Updates ?? I fired off an email to support a few days ago, sent PMs, haven't heard anything. I've had problems with this email client ever since we switched over to Squirrel from HiveMail but it was bad enough they weren't addressed. But this one is pretty serious. Thanks.
