We've been through a similar situation in Vintage. The forum of mature folks. Arguments seemed to start at the drop of a hat. In that case one person was banned from the forum for a while. Things are better there now and we do have mods keeping an eye on things. I think folks learned something along the way.

Often times folks never think they are the wrong party, but the "wronged party." We all need to take a good look at ourselves from time to time. It takes two to have an argument. We should all remember that it is best to not feed the fire. The fire will go out on it's own if it's not tended.

 

 

My suggestion for community involvement with the perceived problem is nightly meets at Mr. Bass's house (he is not invited , they are secret) to scatter his wood piles around his yard. He will have no time to argue if has to play with his wood all night. Hopefully the satisfaction he will get when the last piece is restacked and playtime is over will be enough to mellow him until the next night.

Keeping Mr. Zippy occupied long enough to keep any instigation to a min. needs some thought. He is too far off the beaten path for nightly dust raids on his lenses. Anyone have any suggestions?

i finally finsihed stacking last weekened and i've been working on those stacks since april ( figure 9+ cord from HUGE log to 10 inch fire wood)

i don't use the ignore function because it's just as easy to click view post even if someone is on ignore .. however i do not forsee any new issues / problems
