Does this *rule* include PMs??? I have a lot of local chapter members that I like to PM information to when it relates to a meet, etc. Unfortunately for some reason (prior to the site re-tooling) I have *lost* the ability to PM many folks at once [I've tried to bring this to the attention of the powers that be -- through "Report Site Bug, PM to cthree, etc. -- that might investigate this, but alas, I've heard nothing
]. Given this new rule, what can already take me 2 hours to PM to 30+ members (taking into account copy/paste, back/forward browse, select next member name from group, etc.), could take me half a night!
While I applaud the effort to curb post whoring, ...ultimately and selfishly within this post... I'd desperately appreciate it if someone would investigate what the hell is wrong with "me" and why I no longer have that damned button that lets me PM multiple members at once!

Wouldn't it be possible to lift all restriction times on posts, then let the moderators do their job (in this case, blocking or banning people who abuse threads meant for serious discussion). If somebody is being a pest in a serious forum the offended party can always report the post to a moderator. This would allow the whores in 'the corner' to have their fun and not upset the balance.

As it is, I have no choice but to live with the 15 sec time limit (which is a helluvalot better than 5 minutes!!!).

Could you PLEEEAAAASSEEEE lower the limit for 40+ ppd??!! 15 minutes is just crazy! I love posting outside the corner, and a rarely (if ever) whore outside it...
I'm only one of four people who have 40+ ppd, and one is a comm. organizer, one is a gold member, and one is a person w/ a scripting program who posts in only two threads in the corner and doesn't talk. I know I post too much, but it's summer vacation and I have nothing to do but
here! I'm trying to slow down on posting, but I just can't! Can you please lower the 15 minute wait? I can't pay for a gold membership, because I'm just a 14 year old with no money or credit card, and my parent's won't buy me a membership!
