Any reason why I cannot edit the Forum name of a forum I created? Prior to the "upgrade", I could edit the Forum name in the Advanced editor. Now that ability has disappeared. (actually ALL forum editing tools for forum originators seems to have disappeared. I can't modify, delete, rename, etc any forum I create. That's useful).
The new forum software doesn't allow us to add dynamically increasing stars in the same way that the old forum software did. We are, however, planning to implement alternative milestone markers like special profile badges.

As for vBULLETIN CHANGING ALL-CAPS to lower case, this is typed on a Mac in Firefox. Usually when you quote an existing message, it doesn't mess with the reply, just the initial message.

I notice that with the new software, signatures have a number of limitations:
Is there any way we can loosen such restrictions so people like me can keep their signatures that have a higher image total?
- You have included 8 images in your message. You are limited to using 5 images so please go back and correct the problem and then continue again. Images include use of smilies, the BB code [img ]https://www.s2ki.com/forums/ tag and HTML <img> tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator.[/img ]
- Your signature cannot be longer than 500 characters excluding BB code markup.
- Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 5 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines.

Ads ads and more ads
I read though this entire thread and there doesn't seem to be much talk surrounding the fact that THERE R ADS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE AND THEY'RE SO DISTRACTING, page sizes have been MINIMIZED to keep us clicking and clicking and loading and loading more and more ads. You S2KI guys must not care about user experience whatsoever. Since the revamp, I'm literally reluctant to visit the right because I feel like I'm seriously have to thrust ads away from the page that I'm on to even read what I'm looking at. Doesn't that matter?
