Private messages box on the top right corner is no longer there. How can I access my private messages?

 

No idea if this has been mentioned or not but threads I've edited seem to disappear from the "threads I've started" page.

 

Might be because your membership expired.

 

Just to clarify, are you attempting to edit your post within your thread or the thread title? You should be able to edit your post with no issue, but the forum software unfortunately limits the ability to change thread titles to only moderators.

vBulletin is a little weird in that it has two separate places to edit the title. If you go the route you took, you're only editing the small bold text at the top of the post. If you wish to edit the title across every page it's displayed on, please go to Thread Tools > Edit Thread and make the change there.

Are the threads still missing from your "Threads I've Started" page or did they come back already? If they're still missing, do you happen to remember what any of them were called or have any of their individual URLs handy?

Click on your screen name at the top right of the page, select Private Messages.

 

Thanks for the clarification. You should be able to edit any first post as long as your thread is not locked. If you can't, please pass along a link to the thread you're having trouble with and I'll take a look.

nevermind... found my answer.. thanks.

 

I can no longer access my account since right after the update so I made this one to post here. I changed my password maybe a week before the switch over and neither the new or old password work. Could a admin contact me about this?
