Default Is This New Upgraded Site Slow?

I didnt know if you guys are running on a lower number of servers right now so I dont want to point out something that is obvious to you. But for me the entire site has been extremely slow since release and some links and back button requests simply hang for minutes.

Also the upper right hand text graphic is fine on the front page but once you enter the forums it looks as if there is a line break above the image and it is pushed down slightly.

Another suggestion.

The forum topic titles at the top of the forum screen take you to a screen that contains all the forums in a certain section. If these buttons simply scrolled the page to that section it would be extremely fast and very useful as things are now the user must scroll quite alot to reach the lower forums. Changing these to a page scroll would be very helpful.

Is it just me or has the navigation process within the various forums become very slow? I am using Roadrunner and since the upgrade getting signed on, choosing the S2000 Talk forum takes longer than it did before. Almost as though one reverted back to dial-up modems. Anyone experience this same degradation?

It seems just as slow as the old version or maybe slower.

Ya, it is also very slow for me to. Again, I'm not complaining b/c I know it is still in the early stages, just curious.

Much slower than the old version. Wonder if they are still running some background processes on the CPU, such as indexing for the search function, etc. May be things will improve after the CPU free up?
