Can't reset email address
My ISP changed from Adelphia to Roadrunner, but the S2KI software gives me the following error when I try to update the email to the new address (which is the same as the old address except for the new domain = @roadrunner.com instead of @adelphia.net).
What gives?

Sorry, you are not allowed to use that email address for your account. Please use another email address.
