Hi, i recently join the membership again but it says I have a total 848 messages and the PM box is full. However, I don't see any messages in my inbox therefore I have no access to it nor i can do anything about it!!! Can admin help?

Bear in mind I haven't accessed this account for more than 10 years so not sure if this is the cause as I know the website has been renewed???

 

Try it again. I think this was a glitch as the system had no records of PMs for your account.
