my PM box still says that it is full even though I archieved and deleted all of my PM's except for 1 pg....I'd tried logging out and back in and that didn't do anything.

 

The number of PMs you can store as a Guest is very limited. As a Member there is a very high limit that most shouldn't hit. If you plan to remain a Guest then you'll need to keep your PM folders clear (ie empty) to ensure you can continue to receive them. Things aren't setup for Guests to save or retain any PMs. Receive, read and delete. Check your sent message folder as well.

Let me look into why you are showing as a guest.

 

Looking at your membership it shows it expired today and was purchased 14 Apr 04. Did you make a change to it around the new year?
