My PM box says it's full... although yesterday it said it was only 50% full and i went through and deleted hundreds of emails.. it still says full.. what's up with that??? is our PM capacity less as of yesterday or something?

That means your membership expired...which explains why your PM box suddenly shrank from its former size.

 

This has to have been answered a million times. Please search the site info forum to find answers. I think there is a topic in the first page of topics with the exact same title even. I know it's retarded that is doesn't tell you when you membership is expiring and I hope to fix that at some point really soon. Until I can it is what it is unfortunately.
