My PMs are still not accessible I have waited a month. Is there a way you guys can activate it? Thanks

I'm having the same issue, I need to pm Billman for a TCT but I am unable to and I've had this account for almost a month

Post count would be the issue in addition to the time delay on the ability to send/receive pm's.
