Pre-Read Posts
Is there a reason why the site cannot be made so that when you drag your mouse over a post, that we cannot get a preview. Is this something that can be done? I am sure this has been talked about before and I just was wondering?

It's been discussed before. 
Personally I hate it, it makes browsing difficult for me, I dont want it previewing all over the place while i am moving my mouse over the screen.
The best thing is for people to use informative and useful thread titles
