Got it. Check the pm, default setting is to not save to your sent folder.

For others that have the same issue:

Click on your screen name at the top right of the screen and select 'User Control Panel'
On the left side of the screen under 'Settings & Options', click 'Edit Options' and then check the box under the private messages section for save a copy of sent messages.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'

 

Looks like someone else is also trying to gain PM access to message Mr. Billman lol He sent me a PM but I see not option to reply. Feels like I'm having to complete objectives in a side quest to buy this TCT.

 

Scroll up, you haven’t been here long enough to have PM access yet.
