Script Execution time: 5.4668! Superfast, just like I used to be when I had a 14.4 modem!

No idea bout the thread, but if you switch on ignition, press it all the way down (with finger on the switch) then all the way back up (finger on the switch) that should fix it.

I find the site unbearably slow to login into at night, I also how awkward it is to find the login screen from the homepage.

The gallery bit is terrible. You can't move your pics, and I have now given up with the uploading as its a joke - you can only upload one pic at a time

I preferred the old site too
Tip: Create a bookmark to the UK Forum, and select 'remember me' at the login screen, it's much easier than going in through the main page and logging in each time.

I'm new here so dunno what the old site was like, but this one is dog-slow. Shame really cos it's got a lot going for it!

No probs here with any other aspect of it, images (that I host elsewhere) are fine, as are links etc..

As far as folks not being able to see the images, I've seen issues with personal firewalls on other forums - might be worth having a trawl through the firewall settings if you have probs.

That'll be because of all those non-UK S2000 Owners in the US eating up our bandwidth

It seems to speed up around now. I was getting 8s per page at 18:50, now 1-2s per page (19:30).

My original theory could be correct - lots of transatlantic logins and 9am morning posts!!!

Speed seems ok for me.

EDIT: 11 seconds to fast reply.

This is going from bad to worse.

Getting DNS errors as well now.
Almost unusable.
