Okay, I've been trying to upload some pictures to my photo album since last week and I can not get any results. I keep getting 'failed to create image variation' errors. I have tried numerous times since last week and kept thinking it might be some software error as you guys have stated, and I will try again the next day. Am I doing something wrong? Is something wrong with my account? Please help.

There have been sporadic problems with the photo albums for a while now. This is all supposed to be resolved with the next version of the website which is undergoing debugging these days.

Sorry for the inconvenience. All I can suggest is to keep trying, because sometimes the images seem to work fine and other times they don't right now...

 

OMG, what did you do brant? It works now! Instead of deleting the images everytime i get those errors as before... I just left it there last night with the errors and now I see my pics. Screwy system... thanks anyways.

I have had multiple photo albums in my master picture directory for some time now. Now EVERY photo that is in one of these sub directories has this same error message as stated above. The pics that are in the master directory are fine, no problems; just the subcirectories that are coming up with errors.

What's up? They were there before jsut fine and now they have an error message instead of the pics.

Also, I just uploaded a new one and got the same message about being unable to display them.

Something is definitely wrong here and its not a user software issue.

Can you help?

Yes there is something wrong, very wrong. It will be fixed by the end of the month. The issue is with generating thumbnails. The images upload fine but the code which creates the thumbnail is foobar.
