Default Receipts for advertising expenditure

How do we obtain monthly receipts from S2Ki for our advertising expenditure?

These are needed for taxation purposes.

I can't find a way of printing or generating one from the Vendor Center.

Doesn't your government accept credit card statements as receipts?

No they don't. If you get audited you can have all the credit card statements you like but if you don't have the invoice/receipt as proof of purchase then you can't claim as a business expense.

Are you not getting receipts by email? You should get a payment receipt each time you make a payment. If you aren't getting them then I need to fix that. Please advise.

Just a thought and question. Why can the receipts not be emailed in pdf format. I get lots of this kind at stuff at work.

I agree. PDF is a great way to go.

Yeah, I can send PDFs if that's desired. I'm just going to make these manually in Word and send them. Our bookkeeper had a death in the family and I don't have the Quickbooks datafile so I'll just do them this way for you.

I've been working at home most of this week on a new update to the ad system which will send you monthly statements and allow you to download them if you don't get them. It will also eliminate the need to make manual payments. I've had to make some pretty significant changes to the software to accomplish this. It will be released on Dec 1. The update includes the community forum banner merge that was requested.
